Counselling and Supervision with Keturah
I am a qualified counsellor (MBACP) and clinical supervisor (PGCert), and at the heart of my work is a belief in the value of having a space where you can think, feel and speak openly. I know that the experiences people bring are unique, often complex, and not always easily put into words. I aim to offer a calm, thoughtful environment where you can take things at your own pace, make sense of what is happening for you, and feel supported in finding your own way forward.
My counselling career began in 2016, following several years working within mental health services. Mental health work continues to be a core part of my professional identity, and something I remain deeply committed to. Over time, I have also developed and refined my therapeutic practice to specialise in working with those on reproductive journeys, and the challenges and complexities that can accompany these experiences.
Alongside my counselling work, I draw on my experience in mental health and safeguarding within my supervisory practice. I work with practitioners from a range of professional backgrounds, offering a reflective space that supports both their professional thinking and personal development.
I offer sessions online or by telephone across the UK. I also offer sessions in person in Bournville, Birmingham.
