Counselling and Supervision with Keturah

Need a space just for you?

No pressure, no judgement, no need to have all the answers! Just a welcoming space to put everything down.

I’m Keturah. A qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor.

I believe the right conversations can change how you see yourself, your situation and what’s possible next. My role is to create the space for that conversation with honesty, compassion, and understanding, helping you make sense of where you are and find a way forward that feels right for you.

About Me

I’m a qualified counsellor (MBACP) and Level 7 (PGCert) clinical supervisor. I’ve worked in mental health, safeguarding and education settings for over 15 years, and I’ve been practising as a counsellor since 2016.

Over the years, I’ve supported people through difficult experiences, periods of change and times when life just hasn’t gone to plan. I’ve also worked alongside professionals who spend their working lives supporting others. It’s taught me that everyone’s situation is different, and that there isn’t always a straightforward answer.

It’s also what led me to counselling. I believe we all need a bit of support at some point in our lives, whatever that might look like. Sometimes we need somewhere to make sense of what’s going on. Sometimes we need a chance to step back and think about things differently. And sometimes, as professionals, we need somewhere to talk about the work we carry for other people.

I offer sessions online or by telephone across the UK. I also offer sessions in person in Bournville, Birmingham. I have a limited number of concessionary spaces available forstudent counsellors, newly qualified practitioners and low-income earners. Please enquire to discuss further.
